Why Do You Have A Support Center?

Question: Why Do You Have A Support Center?

The ProAutus(tm) Support Center provides a means of managing customer's support needs. It is much more efficient and reliable then just using e-mail only by facilitating the logging, tracking, and communicating of all customer requests.

We know there will be short learning curve for customers, but feel that once its utilized the system will speed up and enhance the support experience.

The support center also provides a facility for customers to provide feedback. We encourage you to give us feedback when you have the opportunity
