Question: What Does The Support Center Provide?

The ProAutus(tm) Support Center contains a number of features that will provide customers with an accurate and expedient support experience. Following are some important features:

  • A searchable Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) and Knowledge Base. The information found here will help customers quickly find answers to questions and known issues resulting in faster resolution.
  • A Troubleshooter feature that guides the user through a set questions to help identify and resolve issues. This feature is under development at this time.
  • A Support Ticket logging, tracking, and management system, that will expedite problem communication and resolution.
