The following guidelines when completing a Support Ticket:
  • Use the high priority status only for your most urgent issues.
  • When selecting a department, if you do not find an exact match, please choose the most closely related department.
  • Enter a unique subject that will enable easy identification of the issue.
  • Please provide a detailed problem statement, include: navigation paths, web page titles, and screen shots (placed into a Word or .PDF document preferred). Add other detail that will help define the issue.
